There are 2 very distinct ways in which I approach my LANDSCAPE paintings.

Painting outdoors, capturing the essence and interpreting the mood, 'being in the moment' is hard to beat. It is PLEIN AIRE PAINTING, that often triggers my larger studio work which becomes quite abstracted, thoroughly an enjoyable journey!
